We’ll send you our mini camera and a safe return shipping box. UPS will pick up your camera (with your footage) and a quality copy of your song on a CD.
Our editors will edit them for you.
When your edited music video is finished, you can preview it online before we send your custom music video and your web version for posting.

HOW DO YOU EDIT MY MUSIC VIDEOS?
When you send us your CD and our camera with footage, in the safe shipping box provided by us, our professional video editing team will edit your videos using state-of-the-art technology. We will work with your story board to pick the best scenes, add your music, titles, credits and special effects to create the perfect custom music video.
WORKING TOGETHER:
Rest easy using our safe shipping box. Once we process your online order, you will receive a safe shipping box within 2-4 working days. The box contains our mini camera, padding, anti-static, puncture- and moisture-resistant bags, plus plenty of packing peanuts to keep your precious footage safe. Place your CD, and our camera with your footage into the box, and you’re ready to ship.
Schedule a pickup. Once your camera and CD are safely packed, schedule a pick-up with UPS at your convenience. If you are lucky, you will get to meet Mike. He’s our favorite UPS guy. Now, all you have to do is sit and wait. (Or plan your next music video!)
Track your progress. We make frequent updates regarding the status of your production at every point along the way. You will receive an email, for example, with your UPS tracking number. You will receive confirmation when we sign for your original footage. We will even send an update regarding the editing and approval. We promise not to slack, ever. Bring it on home. Once your edited music video is created we will deliver your music video.
WHAT IF THERE’S A PROBLEM?
After your video editor has worked his magic you can preview your music video online. Want to make changes? No problem. View your edit on our website and tell us if there is a typo in the credits, or if you found a technical glitch, and we fix it, at no charge. Changed your mind about something? We’ll make your changes for a charge of $60 per hour, and estimate the time it will take, so you know what your choices are! We make it easy to craft the perfect music video masterpiece.
DO YOU GIVE ME A FILE TO POST ON YOUTUBE OR MY OWN SITE?
Yes.
DO YOU SEND ME A DVD OF MY MUSIC VIDEO?
If you would like a physical DVD of your video, you may order one for $10.00 as a separate order. (Physical orders require sales tax, services do not; therefore we keep our physical product separate.)
CAN I USE MY OWN CAMERA?
In some instances, yes. Call us to confirm. (Your price will remain the same, regardless of which camera is used.)
CAN MY VIDEO BE BROADCAST ON TRADITIONAL TELEVISION?
The mini cam was created for the web, and looks fantastic when used there. If you need a video for actual broadcast over the air, for physical television, we offer those services also; please contact us.
WILL YOU HELP ME PROMOTE MY MUSIC VIDEO?
Yes, we can do that! We are able to get your music video on multiple sites, and we can do a killer press release for you, as well. Our promotional service packages begin at $150.00.
CAN I ALSO GET 3-D AND OTHER ADOBE-TYPE AFTER EFFECTS?
Yes! We have enhanced packages that allow you to use the most cutting edge effects available. After effects sometimes require extra time, and begin at $60 per hour, with an estimate of time involved to get you exactly what you want.
1. No X-rated material or graphic R-rated visuals, please.
2. You are responsible to legally own or license the songs and the footage (including people and backgrounds), if you are posting them on the internet or showing them to the public. You will need to sign an agreement that you are legally responsible for any material you submit or use. Please contact an informed attorney before shooting any backgrounds or people to which you have not obtained a release form.
3. Songs or videos limited to 4:59. Songs or videos running 5:00 or longer require $100 per extra minute (or increment thereof).
4. No nudity.
5. Private Posting and hosting for your music video by us is possible for $25.00 per year per song
6. Changes that are our fault (mis-typing or something like that) are made for free. If you decide that you want to switch a shot or make a change, you may; those edits are billed at $60 per hour. You tell us what you want to change, we estimate the hours, and make the changes. But if you are specific on the checklist information, changes should not be needed.
7. As soon as you order, you will receive an email inviting you to schedule your meeting with our producer to create your ideas to storyboard and answer any questions you may have.
